Application:

The design distribution range of the three core cable is 3.8/6.6KV to 19/33KV, with a frequency of 50Hz. It is mainly used in various places such as power supply stations, indoor pipelines, outdoors, buried and underwater, as well as for the installation of cables in industries, distribution stations, and power stations.

 

Structure:

Conductor: Plain annealed copper or aluminum conductor, complying with IEC 60228/BS 6360. Copper conductors should be stranded (Class 2), while aluminum conductors can be stranded or solid (Class 2).

Conductor shielding: The extruded semiconductor cross-linked composite layer is applied outside the conductor and completely covers the outside of the conductor. The extruded semiconducting cross-linked composite layer is applied outside the conductor and completely covers its surface. The minimum thickness is 0.3 millimeters, and the maximum resistivity shall not exceed 500 ohms at 90 ° C.

 

Insulation: The insulation material is a mixture of cross-linked polyethylene (GP8), following BS7655-1.3 or rubber (GP7), following BS7655-1.2 standards.

Insulation shielding:

Squeezed semi conductive cross-linked composite layer is applied to the outer insulation layer. The semiconductor extrusion layer should include a bonded or peelable semiconductor composite layer, capable of welding or terminating removal. As an option, a semiconductive tape can be applied to cushion the extruded semiconductive metal layer. The minimum thickness is 0.3 millimeters and the maximum resistivity is 500 ohms. The shield is tightly installed in the insulation to eliminate all air gaps at 90 ℃ and can be easily peeled off by hand on site.

Inner layer covering and filling: For a composite metal layer cable or a cable with a single core that conforms to the metal layer, the inner semiconductor and filling should be wrapped around the periphery of the core wire. The inner layer is usually made of waterproof material, unless the cable needs to be longitudinally waterproof. The inner layer is squeezed or overlapped.
